2. Upload your logo or send it through Etsy Messages.
3. We prepare a free customized mockup for your approval.
4. After approval, we laser engrave your personalized power bank and prepare it for shipping.
Standard production turnaround is approximately 3 business days after mockup approval. Large custom orders or special deadlines may require additional time—please message us before ordering.
Actual charging performance depends on the device, cable, port, power source, and charging protocol. Wall adapter is not included unless specifically stated in your order.
